“The cause of all negative emotion is a disruption in the body’s energy system.”
QUESTIONS and ANSWERS
Q1: What is
EFT?
A: Plainly speaking EFT of Emotional Freedom Technique is a psychological version of acupuncture with one major
difference, no needles are used, and you simply tap the acupressure points with your fingers.
Q2: Which is better EFT or hypnosis?
A: In a way EFT is the new hypnosis. Both therapies have their own merits but I would say EFT is the better therapy
as it produces a much higher success rate. It is also quicker and can cure more things than hypnosis can. Plus with
EFT you are fully awake during the whole session
Q3: Why is EFT better when compared with other advanced therapies?
A: EFT often works where all else has failed. If there is anything you want to keep private you can do it with
video coaching. EFT can be safely used on anyone from babies to adults. EFT can be done via the phone or over the
Internet. EFT can help cure more disorders than hypnosis can. EFT gets quicker results than hypnosis. EFT does not
waste time taking people into a hypnotic trance. You can begin to work on the problem straight away. You are fully
awake and take more of a proactive part in the healing process during an EFT session.
EFT is 100% natural and does not involve taking drugs. Like hypnosis EFT is safe, painless, and effective.
Q4: How does EFT work?
A: EFT works by balancing energy disruptions in your body and releasing the negative emotions. EFT uses natural
ways to comfort and heal you.
Q5: How is EFT done?
A: the classes conducted by International Reiki Institute and Master PAM (ANIL KUMAR PROAG) will teach you how to
tune into your problem. You will then repeat some phrases while tapping certain acupressure points. This quickly
releases the negative emotion or belief.
Q6: Does EFT really work on everything you have listed on this site?
A: EFT works on everything listed in this site and more. EFT has been known to work where all else has failed.
Q7: Do you have to believe in EFT in order for it to work?
A: No. EFT works whether you believe in it or not. It does not work as a placebo effect. Even if you are a hardened
septic EFT will work for you.
Q8: Is EFT Dangerous?
A: EFT has never been proven to be dangerous in anyway shape or form. In fact, EFT has saved many lives.
Q9: Are there any negative side effects?
A: EFT has no known side effects.
Q10: Is EFT painful?
A: No! EFT is totally pain free.
Q11: On whom would EFT be best suited for?
A: EFT can work on everybody from babies to pensioners.
Q12: How is it possible to conduct EFT via video coaching on the Internet?
A: EFT involves tapping yourself on certain pressure points on your body. I have no need to touch you at all, or
even be in the same room as you. The role of a video coach is to help you formulate the correct thoughts you need
to repeat and to tell you which points to tap. You then release your negative emotions all by yourself with guided
instructions from your video coach. I do tapping on Skype and by phone.
Q13: Are there any issues EFT will not work on?
A: I will work on any problem you have. The founder of EFT Gary Craig said. “As EFT has no side effects you should
try it on everything". EFT will only work on suitable subject matters. It is perfectly safe to work on any problems
you have.
Q14: I don't know where to start with my development, what do I do first?
A: The very first thing to do is make a list of everything you don't want in your life. Your list should include
how you feel about yourself, what bothers you about others, what scares you, your health issues, your everyday
emotions and any childhood memories that still make you feel unhappy or negative in any way.
This list is what you need to think about while you use the EFT video coaching sessions.
Q15: How do I start using the EFT video coaching sessions?
A: First, all new members should complete the EFT & LOA Video Coaching in the main video library. This will
educate you on how your emotions work and what you can do to release negative emotions/feelings quickly.
When you have completed you can use individual video sessions to work on more specific issues or for regular
motivational boosts.
Q16: How do I know I am doing the EFT technique right?
A: The EFT technique works because your thoughts are focused on how you feel about a particular negative issue and
the actual tapping at the same time of certain key acupuncture points balances the body's energy and release the
negative emotion.
All you have to do is think about what bothers and tap at the same time. It doesn't matter if you forget to tap a
particular point or if you say something different. What matters is that you are completely focused and thinking
about the emotion that bothers and tapping at the same time.
Do not get hung up on saying the right words or whether you are tapping the correct points. The key is combining
your thoughts and feelings and tapping to release them.
Q17: Do I have to tap the EFT points in a specific way?
A: Classic EFT teaches you to tap the acupuncture points in a clockwise routine but it really doesn't matter which
way round you go or whether your tap in sequence or not. You can tap the left or your right side of your body as
the acupuncture points run down both sides of the body. The key thing is to tap all points but it doesn't matter in
which order you tap them. It's just simpler to tap clockwise.
Q18: What if I can't remember the words, set-up statements or affirmations?
A: It doesn't matter if you forget a word or get something wrong. What's important is that you focus your thoughts
on the negative emotion you're tapping on. You can use the words of the video coach or your own words - EFT works
because your thoughts are focused on your issue and you're tapping to release it. If you get a word wrong or forget
something, just smile and carry on tapping. It really doesn't matter so do not worry, just go with it and keep your
thoughts on what emotion you're tapping on.
Q19: Do I have to speak out loud when tapping?
A: No. EFT works because your thoughts are focused on your negative emotions so words do not really matter. When
you follow a video session you can just think the words in your head and tap-a-long. It's your thoughts that are
powerful as they control your emotions.
Q20: Can I work on different issues at the same time?
A: Yes. You can work on as many issues as you feel able to. The more you tap the quicker you develop yourself.
Q21: How long should I tap for?
A: You can tap as much or as little as you feel able to commit to. Most people tap for 10-mins when they wake up
and another 10-mins just before bed. If you want to accelerate your emotional development you can tap for hours a
day - it's up to you.
Q22: What should I do if I feel negative the day after tapping?
A: This is a common experience to feel after tapping. Your energy is shifting and needs to settle, during this time
you can experience some negative feelings. You should always remember to drink plenty of water during and after
tapping.
Q23: What should I do if I don't know the root cause of my negative emotions?
A: If you do not know the root cause, do not worry because your unconscious mind does know the root cause. This
part of your mind has been protecting you from the root cause for many years and it will keep you from remembering
the root cause, if it feels that you are not ready to let go yet.
While tapping to any EFT session, keep thinking over and over in your mind:
'unconscious mind release the root cause of this emotion and check my ancestry roots and release any negative
emotions related to this issue'
Q24: What should I do if I feel upset or tearful?
A: As you start to release negative emotions your body will naturally express this release in a number of different
ways. Some people cry, laugh, feel tired, feel stressed and some even fall asleep. These are called shifts of
energy and you should understand that this is completely natural and you should see the emotions a feedback that
the EFT is working well and doing its job of balancing the body's energy.
If you feel tearful just let it out as this is what the body wants to do. It's the body's natural release
mechanism. Just let it out and go with the flow. It's a good sign that freedom is on its way so enjoy it and don't
fear it. Just let the body do what it has to do. Go with it.
