EFT and the Law of Attraction
Ten Reasons to Be in a Good Mood...
This "game" is definitely worth playing if you are serious about getting the
Law of Attraction to bring
you what you want in your life. The equation is simple - our focus determines our vibration and
our vibration allows or stops our desires to be met by the Universe. We are often telling our
friends and family all the reasons we don't feel good. What if you reversed your focus
and made a list of ten reasons to be in a good mood, every day?
The reasons for being in a good mood might change every day. They can be incredibly
small (I finally did the laundry) , or life-altering (I love every living being on the planet). It
doesn't matter, what counts is the "energy" behind this process. When your energy is focused on
reasons to feel good, you tend to find more of those reasons -- which is the proof that the
Law of Attraction is at
work.
I wonder what would change if I felt
inspired to focus on reasons to
feel good in my life?

A lot would change, that's the point. Again, think "energy" and "vibration."
When you are focused on reasons to complain or feel lousy, the Law of Attraction goes to work to line you up with
more reasons to feel lousy. This "Law" interprets your focus as a command to deliver you more of
what you have in your mind.
So if you make a real effort to make a list out loud or on paper of ten reasons to be in a
good mood, you are turning your focus to a new energy, and again, the "LAW" interprets this as
"Oh, you want more reasons to be in a good mood? Ok,
here are some more..."
What does this have to do with attracting abundance? If everything is determined by
our vibration, not our action, then improving our vibration by changing our focus to reasons to feel
good during the day will definitely help our manifestation process.
Your vibration is determined by your thoughts and feelings, so take some control and choose
some solid reasons to be in a good mood and see what happens.
Remember, the Universe
is
always listening, so give
it something joyful to
listen to!
Finding ten reasons may be a challenge, so, go ahead and start with five. The point
is to get started right away!

Collarbone:"I like to complain sometimes."
Under Arm:"There are so many things that are wrong."
Head:"I am often in a bad mood..."

Eyebrow:"What if I looked at what's going well?"
Side of Eye:"I wonder what it would be like to be in a good mood more often."
Under Eye:"I would like to try to be in a good mood."
Nose:"I want to notice what's going well in my life."
Chin:"How will I stop complaining?"
Collarbone:"I wonder if I can think of things to put me in a good mood."
Under Arm:"I bet there are many issues that could put me in a good mood."
Head:"I choose to be in a good mood today."
